Zero Food Waste is a purpose-driven startup focused on combating the global issue of food waste by connecting consumers with unsold or near-expiration food products. Through an intuitive mobile app, it empowers users to purchase affordable food while supporting local businesses and reducing environmental impact.
I played a central role in establishing the visual identity of Zero Food Waste. I designed the logo, developed a clean and meaningful brand language using minimalist green and white tones, and extended this design across various touchpoints. Working directly with the founding team, I helped shape the startup’s early-stage communications and visual presence to align with its sustainability mission and startup values.
The logo features a simple, circular composition combining leaf-inspired shapes and clean typography to symbolize growth, freshness, and sustainability. The green tones evoke eco-consciousness, while the minimalist approach ensures clarity and adaptability across digital and print formats. The mark is modern yet approachable, reinforcing the idea that sustainable habits can be both intuitive and impactful.
