The Seedbed Incubator is a pan-European program powered by EIT Food and hosted locally by BGI in Portugal. Its mission is to support aspiring agrifood entrepreneurs in validating their technologies and business models with potential customers.
While the Seedbed Incubator logo and core branding were already established by the organizing body, I was responsible for adapting and applying the brand across all physical and event materials for the Portuguese hub. Working within the visual identity guidelines, I created designs that were consistent, engaging, and functional for both participants and partners during the program's major showcase events.
My work focused on translating the Seedbed brand into a real-world experience—developing creative assets that reflected the energy and professionalism of the event while maintaining alignment with EIT Food’s broader branding. This included managing design, layout, and print coordination for various merchandise and onsite visuals.
These are the branded materials I designed and produced for the Seedbed Incubator event hosted by BGI:
Every design followed the brand guidelines and was tailored to enhance the participant experience, create a strong visual identity during the event, and ensure smooth logistics through clear, practical print assets.
