
Casino (1995) is an epic crime drama directed by Martin Scorsese, adapted from Nicholas Pileggi's nonfiction book *Casino: Love and Honor in Las Vegas* . The film is based on the true stories of Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal, Anthony Spilotro, and Geri McGee, who ran the Stardust Casino for the mob in the 1970s .
