Scaleup Portugal

Since 2020, I have led the video production for ScaleUp Portugal, a yearly startup competition and innovation event. My work covers the entire production process—from setup to final delivery. This includes managing cameras, lighting, microphones, and green screen, as well as directing the show, both on-site and in-studio. Post-production involves editing and cutting in Adobe Premiere Pro, sound design in Adobe Audition, color grading, motion graphics and animation in After Effects, and 3D studio modeling and animation in 3ds Max. I also produce promo videos, teaser clips, and highlight reels to support the event’s communication and outreach.
