Jake Ate the Cake

A playful, illustrated adventure about listening, responsibility and the choices we make. Jake Ate the Cake is my second children’s book, pairing a rhythmic story with expressive characters and bright, candy-coloured scenes.

I developed an idea from a dream into a story and then reshaped it into verse for young readers. I designed the characters and illustrations in Photoshop and Illustrator, before formatting the book for paperback and Kindle and publishing it through Amazon KDP.
