
Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) is an American absurdist comedy-drama directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert (the Daniels). Michelle Yeoh stars as Evelyn Wang, a Chinese-American immigrant being audited by the IRS who discovers she must connect with parallel universe versions of herself to stop a powerful being from destroying the multiverse. The film grossed $143 million worldwide and became A24's highest-grossing release. At the 95th Academy Awards, it won seven Oscars including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress (Yeoh), Best Supporting Actor (Ke Huy Quan), and Best Supporting Actress (Jamie Lee Curtis).
